Anda Ice Cube Trays 2 pcs
The Anda Ice Shower system is so easy to use. I also like the large ice trays to make my own large ice cubes every day. Thank you for this great product.
Great functionality and compact design, easily fit into my freezer. The ice from it takes pretty long to melt, so they're ideal for the product
Got these ice trays when I bought my Anda Arctic. I fill them in the evening, and they're ready in the morning for my ice shower. They fit perfectly in the product and last for super long, more than my ice shower routine, which is pretty long-lasting.
these don't take up much space in the freezer which is quite different from when I fill my ice bath.

We've designed the Arctic to fit all different shower types (even if you have a shower rod or no side wall).
If you have a shower rod, one of the straps will wrap around the rod and clip into the buckle on the other end of the strap.
If you only have one side wall and one back wall, the Arctic can be set up diagonally between both walls and still sit directly under your shower head.
The Arcitc suits all different types of shower heads.
The only showers it won't fit are those that have walls very far away from the shower head. Eg if your shower head is more than a metre away from your walls, which is very rare.
You can try, but you'll find that it's very hard to build something that stays up and remains sturdy.
Heavy ice fell on our heads lots of times in the process of making the Arcitc so that the same doesn't have to happen to you!
We built over 20 different prototypes and spent a lot of money figuring out how to make a contraption that:
1. Doesn't fall on your head
2. Stays sturdy so the shower water continually runs directly through the ice
3. Fits the right amount of ice to get a steady stream of water
4. Is free standing so that you don't have to hold it
Our suction stickers are incredibly sticky, unlike other suction cups you'll find on the market, which tyrpically fall down under the weight of the ice.
Our straps are specificially designed to hold the heavy weight of the ice and remain sturdy.
The stickers are reusable, but you'll get much more longevity out of them if you leave them in place rather than trying to take them off. We’ve included an extra pair if you’d like to use them elsewhere. If you want to remove or reuse the stickers, just use a hairdryer to heat the adhesive area for several minutes and it will make it easy to remove and won’t leave any glue residue. Then dry them and use again.
The suction stickers can be used on a variety of surfaces like smooth tile, glass, mirror, wood, metal surface and so on. Just peel off the protective film and then stick to a clean surface.
The Anda Arctic has a spacious design that can hold 2+ kg (4.4+ lbs) of ice. This generous capacity ensures you can enjoy a refreshing ice-cold shower experience without the need for frequent refills.
The temperature of cold running water in households can vary depending on geographic location and season. On average, cold tap water is typically around 10°C to 21°C (50°F to 70°F). When using the Anda Arctic, the water temperature can be around 0°C to 6°C (32°F to 45°F) in most cases or lower.
It will varies from 1 to 15 minutes depending on the ice you use and the water temperature in your climate.
We recommend using big ice blocks as they last longer.
We've tested our large ice blocks in the hot Australian summer and get an icy blast even when the water coming through the tap is warm!
Research indicates that colder temperatures, such as those achieved with ice cold therapy, have more significant physiological effects compared to lukewarm or moderately cold temperatures. Ice cold therapy triggers vasoconstriction, which reduces inflammation, enhances recovery, and boosts blood circulation. Additionally, the intense cold prompts a higher caloric burn, releases endorphins, and provides a more invigorating experience. However, the average water temperature in homes around the world falls short of the cold temperatures required to fully benefit from cold water therapy. Typically ranging from 50°F (10°C) to 70°F (21°C). However, to fully benefit from cold therapy, the water temperature should ideally be between 30°F (1°C) to 45°F (6°C).
